Cost:
Individual - $100 (includes golf and meals)
Individual with stay - $150 (includes golf, meals, and overnight stay.  Registrant is responsible for making own reservations)
Hole Sponsorship - $250 (includes one golfer)
Non-golfer - $20 (includes two meals and use of Fair Hills facilities)
